Last month, ILEA's I-24 conference (held in our very own city) was a tremendous success in bringing together professionals from all facets of the industry and from across the globe. More than 200 of our colleagues gathered for some inspirational education, unique immersive experiences, and out of this world socializing and networking.

And if that's not enough, ILEA Seattle also took home 2 Spirit of Excellence Awards! The first was for Excellence in Membership Initiative for all the benefits we added to memberships last year... and... drum roll, please... CHAPTER OF THE YEAR for our exemplary management and industry contribution! We couldn't be more proud of our chapter, our leadership, and our volunteers and members who put in so much time, effort, energy, and sweat to make being apart of ILEA worth every penny and every minute!

(Chapter Leadership Day was attended by several board members from all the various chapters all over the world to meet up and collaborate on ways to improve our chapters individually and as a whole. We learned a TON from Headquarters, past president's, and each other.)
